Join Us To Build World’s First Samrajya Lakshmi Temple!

In our rapidly evolving world, we are constantly navigating life’s challenges, striving tirelessly to conquer daily obstacles and succeed in all our undertakings. Whether it’s professional or personal goals, the motivation to excel propels us forward.

Yet, as we traverse this unyielding journey, we realize that success isn’t just a product of our solitary efforts. We acknowledge the importance of spiritual guidance and seek divine blessings from higher powers such as ‘Samrajyalakshmi’, who cradles us like a mother on our voyage towards triumph.

The magnificence of Samrajyalakshmi becomes evident when we delve into our rich mythology. This divine entity served as the protector for the realms of illustrious kings such as Lord Shri Rama, Dasharatha, and Muchukunda.

Shri Samrajya Lakshmi was their guiding light, safeguarding their kingdoms and nurturing them to thrive in all their splendour and majesty.

It’s believed that Duryodhana’s downfall was a result of losing Samrajyalakshmi’s blessings. This narrative underscores her pivotal role in maintaining harmony and prosperity within a kingdom.

Not only mythology, but also our history is replete with many such examples. Shri Samrajyalakshmi, the cherished deity of Shri Krishna Devaraya, held a special place in the heart of the esteemed King Shivaji.

She was believed to reside in his sword, providing protection and guidance to the Maratha kingdom. Moreover, her influence extended beyond divine realms into governance and education.

In the kingdoms of the bygone eras, there was a specific scripture which described the different administrational levels of a kingdom and laid down the norms for its functioning to ensure the prosperity of the kingdom.

The revered text ‘Samrajyalakshmi Peethika’ served as an invaluable guide for training future monarchs and also functioned as a constitution for the entire Hindu kingdom.

This literature not only shaped royal leadership but also fostered unity and order throughout their reigns.

Shri Samrajya Lakshmi, the most potent of the 16 forms of goddess Lakshmi, was highly revered by our forefathers due to her immense power. However, over time, the significance of worshipping this goddess has unfortunately waned.

Yet akin to a mother’s unyielding memory for her offspring, Shri Samrajyalakshmi is making a resurgence in this Kaliyuga era to restore and reaffirm Dharma.

According to Hindu mythology, Goddess Samrajyalakshmi is portrayed seated on a Lotus, holding various symbolic items in her six hands.

These include a shankha (conch), chakra (discus), a pot of amrita (nectar of immortality), a sugarcane bow, an arrow, Lotus, and the abhayahasta and Vardha mudras (gestures symbolizing protection and granting of boons).

This goddess is not only visually stunning in both earthly and celestial realms but also possesses unparalleled kindness among the earthly and heavenly abodes.

One might question the relevance of worshipping Samrajyalakshmi in our modern times, given that the age of kings and kingdoms has faded into distant history.

However, before we delve into this matter, it’s crucial to comprehend what ‘samrajya’ truly signifies. Contrary to popular belief, ‘samrajya’ is not a fortified kingdom waiting to be seized nor is it a group of followers obeying our directives.

Each of us has domains over which we preside. Our body, is composed of the five elements – earth, water, fire, air, and space – and houses the seven chakras or energy centers (mooladhara, swadishthana, manipoora, anaahata, vishuddha, agnaa, and sahasraara), represents one such domain.

Beyond our physical selves, we also govern other domains, ranging from our workplace or a small business to a large corporation. Equally significant are our personal spaces, such as our home and community, and the people in our lives, all of which form part of our dominion.

For the well-being of all these domains of ours, we should bow down to Shri Samrajyalakshmi and seek her blessings.

Have you ever wondered about the location of the Samrajyalakshmi temple? It’s heart-breaking to note that it no longer exists.

In this modern age, where deity worship is fading and many have forgotten Mother Shri Samrajyalakshmi, there are still some kind-hearted individuals who have taken up the noble task of rebuilding her temple.

Guided by their devotion and Mother Samrajyalakshmi’s divine will, Shri Samrajya Lakshmi Maha Samsthana is committed to constructing the world’s first temple dedicated to her at the exact place of her choice.

We promise to update you on this auspicious project in the days ahead.

We warmly invite you to join us in this journey of restoring the glory of our beloved goddess, Mother Shri Samrajyalakshmi!
